HOPE is an organization which was formed for the purposes of

providing incentives and assistance to low-to- moderate

Income families, first time homebuyers and veterans, so that

they may secure ownership of their own residence. Neighborhoods

where most of the residences are owner occupied, tend to be

much more stable and provide a better environment for

children and the Community at large. Pride of ownership

extends well beyond the four walls of the home and results in

a sense of pride of ownership of the neighborhood and the city as well.
